Welded Materials: Structural Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Copper, Brass

Welding involves joining metal elements through heat treatment. In practice, the surfaces of the details are heated to the point of melting, and they are then fused together. When the heat source is removed, the metals cool down, solidify, and become permanently bonded.

TIG Welding – Most commonly used for welding pipes and thin sheets. With clean and high-quality weld seams, it finds applications across various industries. The process doesn’t produce slag, resulting in an exceptionally clean weld seam that requires no cleaning. Other advantages include good strength parameters, no welding inconsistencies, the ability to join different materials, no spatter, and easy control over the weld zone.

MIG Welding – The most popular welding method in craft workshops. Its main advantage is its versatility. Different materials can be welded in various positions. Benefits also include high work efficiency, leading to lower welding costs. This method allows for mechanization and automation of work, guaranteeing high-quality weld seams.
